Refunds & cancellation
Release a question’s place
Your subscription pays for sustained attention. After the first complete Current View is ready, you have seven days to accept it for ongoing tracking or release its reserved place. No acceptance by the deadline releases the reservation. This changes available tracking places; it does not return money, cancel renewal or restore a research round that produced a usable first view.
If a technical failure prevents a usable first view, its research allowance is restored once when the failure is recorded. A retry is not a new purchase. If the displayed allowance is wrong, contact Support with the question or attempt reference.
Cancel subscription renewal
Open Plan & billing in Settings and use the billing portal, or follow the Manage subscription link in your Paddle email. Confirm cancellation there and check its effective date. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. Ending a question, signing out or leaving a place unused does not cancel renewal.
Canceling renewal alone does not request a refund for the current period. If you cannot access the portal, contact Paddle buyer support or support@worthasking.ai.
Account billing is not open on this display site.
Request a payment refund
For a Paddle purchase, use the support link in your receipt or visit Paddle buyer support to request a refund. You can also contact us with your order reference, purchase email and a brief explanation, including duplicate charges or a service that was not delivered. Do not send payment card details.
Eligibility and processing follow the Paddle policy applicable to your transaction and your mandatory consumer rights. A request is reviewed; it is not an automatic refund. Approved payment refunds are handled through Paddle. Its receipt and confirmation are the references for the amount and status.
Your consumer rights remain
The first-view decision and research limits do not replace or restrict refund, withdrawal or other rights that apply by law. You do not have to release a place before raising a billing problem. Tell us if a charge or service does not match what you agreed to buy.
