Terms of service
Operator and contact
The individual operator of Worth Asking is 祁旺明. Our public contact address is Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. Contact: support@worthasking.ai.
We primarily offer the service in overseas markets.
What the service provides
Worth Asking researches questions whose answers can change. We assess whether a question can be researched, build a Current View from available evidence, and follow meaningful changes while tracking is active. These terms describe that service and how to get help.
A Current View is an assessment at a particular time. It may contain errors, uncertainty or gaps; it is not a guarantee of an outcome or an exhaustive, real-time alert service. Research helps you make your own decisions and does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice where needed. Report errors or missing sources through Support.
Accounts and responsible use
Use an account and sign-in method you control. Keep sign-in links and credentials private; contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to harm others, expose their private information, violate their rights, bypass usage limits or interfere with the service.
Plans, billing and renewal
One includes one private tracking place and two first-research rounds per subscription month. Pro includes three places and six rounds. Annual subscriptions are billed yearly; their research allowance still renews monthly. Public reading and following are free. The plan, billing interval, price and applicable tax are shown before payment confirmation.
For purchases through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is canceled. The purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Use your account’s billing portal or the link in your Paddle receipt to manage renewal.
Deciding whether a question deserves a place
A complete first Current View opens a seven-day review window. Accept it to use the reserved place for ongoing tracking, or release the place. No acceptance by the deadline releases the reservation. A completed first research uses a research round even if you release the place. Technical failure without a usable first view is handled separately from dissatisfaction with a completed view.
Releasing a reservation, ending a question, canceling renewal and requesting a payment refund are separate actions. Ending or changing a question does not reset your research allowance or remove replacement limits. A public question may pause or end; following it does not purchase or guarantee continued research.
Your material and public research
You retain the rights you have in submitted material. Submitting it allows us to process it to provide the research and support you request. Private questions are not published automatically. A publication request has its own preview and confirmation; public research is a separate record. Public credit uses only the name, portrait and signature you choose to disclose.
Linked and quoted sources retain their own rights and terms. A citation is not permission to reuse a source without restriction. Withdrawing your public credit does not erase the separate public research record or copies already made by readers.
Problems and your rights
Contact support@worthasking.ai about access, billing, service failures or these terms. Explain what happened and include an order reference or question link if relevant. Never send passwords or payment card details. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
